Updates

What changed in each version. The newest is first.

0.1.93

  • Usage alerts add a 50% mark, in a quiet white, and the usage bar is drawn in pixel blocks.
  • A tool that only looks (Read, Search, Web) is dimmer than one that changes things (Edit, Bash).
  • On a screen without a hardware notch, click the resting notch to see how many agents are connected and when the last event was.
  • Connecting an agent, or resuming from a pause, shows a notice once.
  • Codex reply titles are fixed, and the notch is easier to see against a black full screen.
  • Settings descriptions are shorter, and Settings has an About page.

0.1.85

  • Claude Code shows compacting, whether you asked for it or it started on its own, the model, task progress, why a turn failed, and when it carries on after a usage limit resets. Running subagents are counted.
  • Cursor CLI sessions show on the island.
  • A session that has gone quiet can be ignored until it speaks again.

0.1.76

  • runnock alert --clear takes an alert off the island from a script.
  • runnock recipe installs, removes and lists the built-in recipes. Recipes are also in Settings.

0.1.73

  • A recipe can be installed with one command.
  • Deploy commands, including wrangler, vercel and netlify, show on the island as deployments.
  • A license is for 1, 2 or 3 Macs, one key per plan.
  • Runnock looks for an update when it opens.

0.1.65

  • Answer a multiple-choice question from Claude Code or Grok Build in the notch.
  • When an agent finishes a turn, the notch says how many files changed.
  • Usage alerts at 80% and 95%, when a limit runs out (with when it resets), and when it is back.
  • Copy a stack trace, some JSON or a colour and the notch can tidy it. This stays off until you turn it on.
  • runnock alert, or a runnock://alert link, puts a status on the island.

0.1.44

  • The installer disk image is drawn to match the app.

0.1.39

First public release. The notch shows coding agents, dev servers, builds, tests, Git and deployments. The download is free, and a license key unlocks the app.
